Heat Transfer & Chill Rollers
Heat transfer rollers (chill rolls, heating roller, cooling roller) are designed as double-shell structure, with pre-heated (or pre-cooled) thermal transfer fluids flowing between the two shells. The fluid may be oil-based or water mostly. In many cases, heat transfer rolls & chill rolls are chrome plated and polished to a very low Ra value even mirror finish.
Material: high quality 45# steel tubes, alloy steel tubes, precision steel tubes, etc.
Processing: heat treatment, finish turning, welding, destressing, quenching, accurate grinding, hard chrome plating, grinding and polishing.
